It's not uncommon for us to get a request to breathe new life into an already existing logo. The art of revamping logos is the type of project we thoroughly enjoy partaking in, especially because the end result greets us with huge smiles and happy clients.
We want to share the story of Soilgrown, whom we first met over a year ago while we were stomping around at Hemp Con. We made a connection then, but it wasn't until almost a year later that we actually found the opportunity to work together. They were having trouble with their banner and logo, which was not formatted properly enough to be legible when they blew it up into a large banner for their conference booth. That's when they came to us, to see if we had any solutions for making their old logo and banner more legible when blown up to huger than normal sizes.
To improve the logo and banner, we used a little Photoshop magic to create bolder lines, used darker color pairings, and simplified the background for ultimate visibility. When they got their new banner blown up, they couldn't believe the clarity. Their new banner was legible enough when we were done with it, that you could see it clearly now from about 100 yards away.
